Guest parking available

I think each host, when they can, offer free on-site parking for several reasons, but mostly because it supports their efforts to maintaining high booking rates.

1. Guest benefit because they can feel confident their car is less likely to vandalized or side-swiped by a passing vehicle if parking on adjacent streets. In my particular home, they can look out the front living room windows to see that their car is safe and secure.

2. As a host, if my guests don't infringe on limited on street parking, neighbors are less likely to view other neighbors doing Airbnb hosting as an inconvenience to them, and potentially support limiting Airbnbs in un-incorporated areas, as was done recently on the central Oregon coast.
