Does anyone know what I can do if my rental tenant has started an Airbnb with my condo?

 @Melissa2669 I would recommend contacting Airbnb management. Don’t wait for a call back from them. 
This is against the law & against the contract!

@Debbie210 What law is being broken and have you read the contract? I fear your advice is somewhat hasty!

@Melissa2669 This is a matter between you, your tenant, and their rental contract. Does the contract forbid the tenant to advertise on Airbnb?

I would not bother taking it up with Airbnb as they will not want to get involved in a contract dispute between the tenant and yourself.
