I have rented an apartment. But I don’t need it anymore. The problem is that I paid full amount for the year. Can I refund it by using Airbnb application thank you.

@Hamdan8 If you have rented through Airbnb you have not paid for the whole year as that is not how Airbnb operates.

Are you sure you booked it via Airbnb ?

"Long term stays" must always be paid in monthly installments,
Airbnb does not charge full amount in advance for a year.
(Which is also not usual in the renting business)
