Host House Problems?

I host a guesthouse and my house is on site and is 80ft in front of the guesthouse. I currently am having my back porch bricked and the person doing it mostly comes on the weekends. However, most of my bookings are on the weekends. There are times a saw is used to cut the brick off and on for a few minutes but I need this work finished. How can I go about this? Anyone dealt with remodeling anything on your host home while hosting your guesthouse?

@Jennifer3217   I have been in a similar position recently (tree surgeons with chain saws) and messaged my guests in advance to let them know that some necessary work was taking place but should not impact on their stay.  They were all really fine with it having been made aware in advance.  I asked the people working to try and keep the noisy part of the work between certain hours to minimise any potential problems.  You could offer a small discount if you feel that they are likely to be upset.  However, it really is necessary to keep all communication on the Airbnb messages just in case it turns into some sort of dispute.
