Shame on her for not realizing that. She should have extra blankets throughout the house. As for the electricity charges, unless it is in the House Rules when you booked that you will be charged more for amounts over $XXX she cannot charge you now. Not to mention that a 2 degree increase shouldn't cost that much extra. If it does, she needs to look at her heating system. As for the mouse, depending on where you are, that may be a common occurrence. if you only saw one and there is not evidence of it being in the foodstuffs or your belongings, it will probably not be an issue.
