Hi all! 
I notice that if you call out any (especially younger) guests for any negativity during the stay, they instantly go on a full counterattack using post festum arguments which they upheld even though I specifically emphasize that all remarks should be reported to host instantly so we can act. Smh

@Rea-and-Theo0   Yes, younger guests are very quick to post their “complaints “ to social media, even when a little research would show that they did not read the copy relevant to the property.  A recent guest of my neighbor complained bitterly that they were not provided with ample food supplies when the listing is clearly self catered and notes the location and service hours of the nearby grocery.  My neighbor was devastated by the totally unfounded complaint.
