How can I upload arrival instructions ?

I would like to upload arrival instructions with pictures which AirBnb would automatically send to guests who booked but I cannot find how.

How can I do ?

I only see house manual but there seem to be no possibility to upload photos nor full document with my own layout.

@Sybe  you can't put pics in scheduled messages AFAIK.

but that doesn't help you with the phone app arrival instructions. 
I actually couldn't find anything in the Resource Centre that links to the phone app option.

@Yoyo14  you can do this, but ONLY in the app on your phone. 🙂  they don't send it, but they tell the guest where to find and, and I tell the guest - TWO times, to have the phone app installed, but that at least 50% of my guests get lost or park in the wrong spot..... you can't force people to read or follow instructions! But, we can do as much as we can to make it fool-proof.

Thanks so much for this info! How dumb that Airbnb forces you to use the app to include pics! Why wouldn't we be able to do that from the computer?

You are able to do it on a computer, its just hard to find and not shown very well. Go to:

1. Listing Editor
2. Arrival Guide
3. Check In Method/Click Connect Your Lock 
4. Scroll down below lock info
5. Check in Method
6. Check in Instructions
7. Add Instructions (add photos and text)

Add your photos and text. You can re-order the instructions as needed using the re-order button.

Airbnb was directing guests to look in the wrong section of the Trips Tab. Several Hosts complained and they fixed that. The other problem is many guests don't know they actually have to click the photo of the listing to see all the information for their trip. Otherwise they just see the dates of the reservation, name of the property and Host name:

They need to go to their Trips Tab in the App

Click the photo of the listing for their reservation

Scroll down to Checking In/How to Get Inside
