How do i find a receipt with my name on it not, a Reference ID for travel reimbursement through work?

When I download my payment receipt it only has a reference ID no name, which is what i'm required to provide to receive reimbursement through work. How do I get around this?

Hi Joan,

To ensure your Airbnb receipt includes your name for reimbursement, log in to your Airbnb account and go to "Trips" to find your past reservations. Select the relevant reservation, then locate the "Get receipts" or "Download invoice" option.

From there, add your name by clicking on "Add a guest or business address" and enter the required details. Save these changes, and download or print the updated receipt, which should now include your name.

Sorry but there is no such option. Clicking on "get receipt" immediately downloads the invoice w/o any choice to "Add a guest or business address"...

You can try to use the "Get a PDF For Visa Purposes" option on the Trips tab to print a receipt with your name on it. Not sure that's it's true purpose, but it does work:

- Go to Trips

- Click the photo of the property under reservations

- Scroll down to Get a PDF for Visa Purposes - Click

- Enter your name - Next

- Print/Save Receipt PDF
