How does the Spoleto Festival impact this location?

Hello, I'm looking at The Inn on Rutledge. We will be 5 adults and 2 children(8 and 9). I don't know what events are taking place on May 28th  and 29th  or how the location of the property may impact our stay. Please advise. Thank you, Ann
