How receive payment from the guest

Dear Team,

We got booking from AIRBNB for ALICE * ,guest paid to Airbnb .We logged in Payoneer and requested for new card. Kindly advise what next ? . Also advise us how to change settings instead of Channel collect to Hotel collect.

Sorry to hear you're still awaiting a payment.  I think you need to reach out to the Airbnb customer support team so they can check everything is set up correctly for you.
