-Get professional photos taken of the space
-Be clear and concise with copy on your listing
-Make sure your checkin instructions are sent to the guests a couple days ahead of time in messages. Even though they get the info in the welcome guide, this puts guests at ease and a lot of guests apparently don’t read everything.
-Your first objective is good reviews - it is so important to make sure the experience is excellent for your first few bookings. Also use high discounts to get those first few bookings.
-look up how to use scheduled messages to send important info so you don’t have to type or copy and paste it for every guest.
-Lastly, don’t be shy to ask your guests for reviews - here’s the message I use for guests the morning of their departure.

Thank you so much for staying with me while you were in Brooklyn. I really hope you had a great time here and enjoyed your stay!
I would really appreciate it if you could take 2 minutes this afternoon to leave a quick review. Of course I will leave you one in return.
A 5 star rating is very important and goes a long way to helping my Airbnb business. So if you had any issues during your stay please let me know before leaving your review as I value your feedback. It helps me grow as a host.
Thanks again! 🙂
