How to prevent a particular guest from instantly booking again?
We had a guest book two separate week stays during our busiest month of the year, and cancel both shortly before the cancellation deadlines. Our preferred settings allow instant bookings, and we don't want to change that. How can I prevent this particular guest from booking our listing again?
All of the online resources I've found were either outdated or only applied to blocking a former guest.

Hello @Dan-And-Jenn1
To block any type of guest that has messaged you via Airbnb, you have to use the three dots function in the message stream and give a reason to Airbnb why you want to block them:

I'm hoping this isn't one of the outdated online resources you've already come across🤞

Thank you @Joelle43 for this information. Thankfully has never needed to use it yet (*knocks on wood*), but it is handy to know.
