Hi Superhosts,
How we can protect ourselves from the guest who didn't stay, never enter your property, but also never canceled the reservation. He wants money back, or threaten with bed review?
I have had it in the past. Airbnb took out bad review, but not able to take out bad scoring of 1 star. It took me 2 years t rebuild and get my Superhost title.
I so don't want to go thru this again.
Any advise?
