I really wish AirBnB would let you make private notes on guests so you won't book them again!

There are some guests where I'd like to be reminded to not book them again.  We never give bad reviews because there seems to be damaging blowback that is not worth it.  It would be nice to flag them privately for myself.  It is kind of sad that guest can remove things from your house and you have not proof so there is nothing you can do.
