Impossibilité de réserver ("unauthorised party")

Good morning !

I agreed with a host to reserve a house in Africa for my small family (2 adults 3 children). Everything was agreed. When I try to book, I get a message from Airbnb saying it is impossible to book because there is a risk of an unauthorized party. I wrote and called many times.

I even received 2 AIRBNB messages saying "you can now book" and one message saying the decision is irreversible. I have made several Airbnb reservations and have always had perfect reviews.

I try to talk to someone from the specialized team but no one contacts me on the phone, and they just send me messages that they never answer or don't work. This is so frustrating since I cannot book ANY house now....
