Insurance company paying for guest's stay - how to make it work?

Hi there

I have a guest who wants to stay with me for 5 weeks. His house needs remedial work and his insurance company is happy for him to seek alternative accommodation.

But the insurance company wants to pay me directly. How do we work this out?

Do you mean without using the Airbnb platform for payment ?

It is not possible (and not allowed by Airbnb).
