@Ng31 Either install a digital lock system that you can control remotely, or hire a local co-host to meet your guests at check-in.
Regardless of whether you choose the self-check-in option, I really don't recommend hosting remotely until you've arranged a local contact who can be available to your guests in the event of emergencies or malfunctions. Your rental home is not a cash dispenser; hosting is very often real work with lots of nasty surprises.
