Lack of customer service. Unfair treatment towards guests.

Fist off I would like to say I think it's a shame this platform is not allowing me to upload pictures as proof of my recent stay with a host of Airbnb's. Me and my family had to endure a filthy 4 day stay due to the incompetence and lack of customer support. I am looking for a supervisor to take this issue and make it right. I have multiple photographs, videos and written documentation of the incident.

You could contact airbnb check out right away.  You won’t get charged

You can't upload photos onto reviews but you can absolutely leave a factual, honest review of your experience @Angela4391 

 

Presumably you shared photos with Airbnb and the host when you arrived? Did the host arrange for someone to come back and reclean the property. ?
