Lewes DE Number of Guests Question

Our home can host 8-10 people comfortably. How do you adjust the price if it's only 2 people coming per night?  Suggestions on this for season and off season?

I seen another Host say she set up two listings one for peak season and one for off peak.season.

Peak season she priced at her group rate and b locked off peak calendar days

Off peak, she priced per person and blocked peak dates.

I thought really smart.

I have 3 listings for one home. They can book it as a one bedroom, two bedroom or three bedroom. It is not a shared space. I simply lock the other bedrooms they did not pay for.
