Lock Integration generating Random Codes

So, got my lock integrated through AirBNB, but...it is generating random codes, not the last four digits of the guest's phone number.  I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the lock.  No luck.  Anyone else experience this?  It is a Schlage lock.

Seems possibly a hardware issue - has Schlage customer service been of any help? You may have a defective lock or an issue with their programming

Yeah no, not a Schlage problem.  Since AirBNB is generating codes, and since the lock is working fine otherwise, they directed me back to AirBNB.
