Long Term request advice

Guests that have stayed for the past two years for a week, for business, have requested a 42 day stay this summer.  I have no issue accepting them.  I am looking for advice on how to clean the airbnb, linens, bedding during their stay.  Do we set up a specific day each week?  How about securing any damage that might occur during normal wear and tear?  My guests typically stay for about 3 nights/visit.  I trust this family and they have been very responsible in the past.  Just want to cover any issues before we agree to this stay

Firstly check whether this would entitle them to tenancy rights where you live @Marci729 

I provide a weekly clean and change of bed linens and towels with cost incorporated into my long stay rates but you could do it say fortnightly if you prefer.
