@Bruce444 If you don't meet the requirements for a Superhost, then it's indeed not possible. I currently also have fewer reservations through Airbnb because we are temporarily not renting out one apartment. I make sure my reviews are very good and remain so, and beyond that, I don't worry about it.
Ciao @Bruce444 , even if you only rent in the spring/summer/autumn months you can maintain your Superhost title if you get a t least 10 bookings during the year. We rent our house from mid-April to mid-October and with 10 bookings in this period we have always managed to maintain the Superhost status because every 3 months the requirements are assessed over the past 12 months.
Hosted at least 10 reservations, or 3 reservations that total at least 100 nights
Maintained a 90% or higher response rate
Maintained a less than 1% cancellation rate, with exceptions for cancellations due to Major Disruptive Events or other valid reasons
It is recommended to lower the price or offer a generous discount to attract more guest. It is also helpful to advertise on social media to boost visibility of your property.
