Messy guest

I have been hosting for a few years now

my beautiful space has really been enjoyed and appreciated by many

the most recent long term guest has the place looking like bachelor pad/ dorm room disgustingly filthy. I have gone in a few times and cleaned up. It goes right back to huge mess anyway. He has left garbage, spoiled food in pots etc. Any ideas?

I'd tell the guest that he will have to agree to having a weekly cleaning and pay extra for it, or I will cancel his reservation early, because he is creating an unhealthy environment that will attract bugs and vermin.
