Motion sensor switch in bathroom. Is it ok?

Are switches with sensors (motion sensor / humidity sensor) ok for bathrooms? These are not smart switches and do not send or record any data, but use sensors to automatically turn on/off the light and fan. I'd like to think these are ok, but I'm concerned a guest could confuse it with a camera or other recorder device. What are your thoughts / experiences?

@Albert2205 That's a valid concern. Many hosts have had their listings suspended because guests reported recording devices that were either not there or fully disclosed.

Aside from that, I can only speak for myself but I'm not a fan of motion sensor lights indoors. I can't even count how many times I've been in a bathroom and the light suddenly turned itself off, and I had to wave my arms around like a lunatic to stop being there in the dark. I can see putting a timer on the fan, but I think most guests would prefer a normal light switch.
