Multiple Listings for Same Property with Varying Spec

We are looking to book a house in Guatemala, and several of the same properties are coming up in our search results with varying price and stats on the home.  The host is the same, the pictures are mostly the same, and the location is the same.

Is there anything concerning about this?

I think I understand now.  It appears that the hosts are charging per room, so each add with additional rooms is listed separately at a higher rate.
