Next steps with an unresponsive guest

Hi Community

I'm in a pickle. I've sent 3 messages via Airbnb and have left a voicemail with my guest asking her to confirm the names of the guests staying and also to read the updated house rules. I haven't had a reply. I told her if I didn't hear back by Sunday (tomorrow) that I would have to cancel her reservation (on 4th of July weekend) and now that we are within 7 days, I see that I will incur a fee of $100. How should I proceed??

@Shera30  Some guests don't have notifications turned on or might be travelling, camping, etc, and out of Wifi range. Try calling or texting to her phone, telling her she needs to reply to your Airbnb message ASAP.

Failing @Sarah977  suggestion.  Do you have the opportunity to meet your guests upon arrival to verify and collect the information? I am pretty sure that you could take this step and warn them via text before cancelling and impacting your ratings. Just a thought.
