Hi does anyone have the problem that a current guest doesn’t check your Airbnb messages even tho from the first booking confirmation you mentioned to check your emails.
ie. I send welcome and thanks for booking. Then I send check in details a day out from stay. Then update that the property is ready. Then hope they have settled in. And any updates re bins etc. then check out and reminders for house keeping and return keys.
i don’t like to ring guests but find it annoying that I sometimes get no communication.
