I'm in Tahoe Vista.  I'm down 50% from Covid and now down an additional 23% this year compared to last.  I changed my pricing a few months ago compared to a professionally rented home right next door that is the same size but that didn't help.  I heard from our cleaning company the newer Airbnb short term rentals are higher in the algoritium than the older Airbnb short term rentals.  (Not sure if that is true).    And general complaints that people have gone back to hotels because the fees are too high.  (anecdotal conversations so I'm not sure if this is true).  I'm looking at turning my property over to a rental company or ski lease.  Any ideas would be appreciated.
