Hello,
I’m not able to log in to my registered account using my new handphone. I had logged out from old handphone and had deleted the app. Still I can’t log in with my mobile
phone and email address.
I’m not able to receive verification code from sms. Each time I tried to log in with email address, the app asked me to fill in personnel info to complete my sign up. But after I keyed in all details, I am not able to receive sms for verification purposes.
Please let me know what to do to fix this.

I’d done what you mentioned for the past few days, it didnt work.
I’d tried again this morning, finally I received call from Airbnb to give me the verification code. This solved my issues. I’m able to log in now.

The Airbnb App latest version is 25.45.
Suggest you
Logoff Airbnb on ALL devices
Delete the App on your phone and reinstall
Be sure you are at home using a secure internet connection
Then try to login with your email address not your phone number on your Phone
