It's always sad when a guest provides a review and rating which the host doesn't feel is deserved but your response to the review is not helpful. @Dayana77
Your response focussed on complaining about the review and blaming the guest for not reading your listing.
However it didn't address the complaints around cleanliness and the fan being broken that the guest raised. And this is not the only guest at your listing that has complained about cleanliness issues including your latest guest. And you have also been marked down for value, communication, accuracy etc. by more than one guest.
Have your reviewed your cleaning regime with your cleaners. Are you looking at guest feedback on other areas and how you can address concerns raised.
I can't see grounds for having the review removed but read Airbnb's review policy and see whether you want to raise it with Airbnb.
Yes Airbnb can review hosts with ratings under 4.6 but hopefully if you address issues raised by guests (where valid) your ratings will improve.
