Pc and mobile app not linked

My mobile app and PC somehow became out of sync. Will not let me use log in with PC, says email associated with another account. Need help as I am travelling in 4 days, and need to communicate with the host

Sorry to hear you're having issues, have you managed to log in yet? 

 

If not, can you try these steps for me please? 

  • Log out (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Close all browser windows/tabs (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Open ONE new window (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Clear cache and cookies and browser history (on all affected devices/browsers)
  • Delete & re-install app (if applicable)
  • Log in with email associated with your Airbnb account
