I have a no smoking policy and I see that the guests are smoking outside in the backyard. I am not sure how to handle this situation. My first reaction is to contact the guest and let them know they are violating the no-smoking policy!!  Please advise I don't want the guest to think I'm spying with the cameras but I told them there were cameras outside of the perimeter of the house.

The "No smoking" option is interpreted by guests as "no smokng allowed inside".

You have to mention in your houserules that smoking is not allowed on the whole property.

if you only want guest who do not smoke at all, you have to mention this also in the listing.
