Popular 5 Star Superhost bookings stopped on Feb 8th

Hey i need some help community!  I am a 5 star superhost with great reviews, pictures, in a popular location and lots of bookings.  On Feb 8th everything came to a standstill with all new bookings. Right now the area is sold out, mine are the nicest around & i haven’t had so much as a peep.  Airbnb support says there is no problem.  But clearly there is.  Support acknowledged out of 3000 searches mine showed up 60 times.  It is usually closer to 2000.  Support can’t explain it and acknowledged my posts look great and i have done everything right.  Support can’t give me answers or help.  I see a lot of people have had this problem and wonder what can be done to get someone who knows more to take a look.  Any help out there?  Thank you.  Kim

 hey. I have 7 listings on Airbnb from the 2nd of this month I don't receive queries or bookings also. I don't know whats wronge with it.

I have 2 listings on most famous locations.

I’ll let you know if i get any resolution.  So far they just say everything is Fine when it clearly is not.

Your listings (8) are all in the search system:

https://www.airbnb.com/s/homes?host_id=94714075&map_toggle=true

But when searching for Tryon or Columbus, they are just outside the map.

So not in the list of results (for "Tryon" i got 88 results without specific dates entered)

So guests have to move on the map towards that area to see them.

Yea the problem is that prior to Feb 8th I did show up in search results.  Several properties are Tryon addresses and my business is the Tryon Chalet and the majority of the people who book are going to the Tryon International Equestrian Center.  So taking me out of the group that shows up for my own city and having me only show up if someone goes to a map and moves it has been devastating for my business and bookings.  Even former guests can’t find me.
