@Jarred8Right now, customer service is extremely slow due to layoffs. When you say you've been trying to reach them for two days: what happens when you call? If you continue to hold, you should eventually get through.
You can also try messaging them on Twitter @airbnbhelp.

I just want to speak to someone via email or on the message app as i have no access to a mobile at the moment , I have to sort this issue out quickly so that i can arrange alternate accommodation...
Go to your Dashboard, look for "Traveller Chat" top right of the 'Help' tab or in 'Help' in the listing details. You should get an online chat there which might help?
