Hi. I need to issue a full refund to a guest who's booking has already started. There have been some issues outside of my control but I am unable to send a 100% refund. Please can you do this for me?
Hi. Unfortunately this has not answered my question. The guests stayed one night, they were mot happy because their sleep was disturbed and there was a smell of smoke in the corridor. Also, there were a couple of things I had overlooked they were not happy with. I need to give them a full refund but only you can do that.
