@Simeneh0  If the guest is renting an Entire Home property, there are many valid reasons that they don't want someone entering the home during their stay. Privacy is certainly one of them, but so are concerns such as the potential for theft and exposure to Coronavirus.

Housekeeping service during the stay is not standard in Airbnb homes globally, and your House Rules don't mention that accepting this service is a requirement, so I would suggest that you either respect your guest's wishes or give them the opportunity to cancel for a full refund. Guests who don't want cleaning service should still receive clear instructions for maintenance and waste disposal, and all the products this requires. And if your cleaner depends on the income, I hope they still get paid.

@Simeneh0 It's not a bad idea on long term reservations to do cleaning during a stay, like once a week or two. But you need to make it a condition of renting, stated in your listing, and reiterated in messages with guests when they book, making it clear that it's not optional. And arrange a time for it that suits both you and the guest. As someone who doesn't get up early, I wouldn't want a cleaner to show up at 9AM, for instance.

If you are talking about daily cleaning, like a hotel, forget that. Not necessary on a booking less than a week or 10 days and most guests will want their privacy.

And with this particular guest, unless he has a long term booking, I would let it go, as you never indicated it wasn't optional.
