Lost my Superhost status . My guest stayed 2 months the first month his review was very positive and after the second stay he gave a negative review. The things he gave 5 stars for the first month was lowered the second month. Any ideas on how I can have Airbnb look into this.
@Sandra7125. Hi Sandra, was the guest's second visit longer than their first or the same? I get the impression if it was that second time around they needed certain things more. If even communication was marked lower second time and you gave the same excellent service then I can sympathise with the difference. No private feedback?
I'm sure I sometimes get 5 stars mostly because the weather was great (guest reviews can be far obscure than we realise). Relax; as a great host you will earn it back 🙂
@Frances3408 Thanks his negative review the second time was nothing to do dispite the fact that there are a bunch of bars and restaurants within walking or cycling distance and the cycles are about a short walk and the neighborhood was not convenient, he interned on Capital hill and my home is within walking and cycling distance to the Hill.
