I’m wondering how I can dispute reviews. I’ve had a couple of reviews that were just plain untrue and I have proof of that

@Sara10138 Read the policy and see if the reviews comply but if they do you are stuffed I am afraid. Honesty (or lack thereof) is not a requirement in Airbnb reviews.

Hi @Sara10138 ,Are these reviews recent ones or from some time ago? Have you reached out to the Customer Support team to dispute the reviews? 

 

There are also some Airbnb articles related to disputing reviews and learning more about review policies, which could be beneficial to familiarize with. Hope it helps!  🌻
