Securing Booking

Hello everyone,

I am new to hosting on Airbnb and currently have a listed basement suite located in Forest Heights, Kitchener. Does anyone have any insights, advice, or strategies you use to consistently secure bookings ?

When offering shared spaces you need to say who shared with another guest or host family.

Also it Is labeled rental unit by Airbnb not Private Room that makes your listing appear in searches for rental units not rooms.
