Unexpected

Hello. My guest is leaving before time  and is asking for a partial refund. I think  is unfair. He got a discount for a month and he is leaving . I know he is not receiving the benefit discount for 30 days, but since he is staying only 12 night he will get a 10% disc. For 7 days , even though his contract is as for 30 days. I know for sure I will omit the seven day discount next time.
