Small parties

Hello, Im aware that some bnb places don’t allow get togethers or any events but if someone could help me find a place that will allow a small party event. Allowing up to 10-15 people or more, wouldn’t mind paying extra to have a small party, DEFINITELY ENFORCING THEM TO CLEAN UP !!! but only 4 people are actually staying at the bnb, everyone else will be leaving. My location is Fort lauderdale.

Saying the word "party" is not a good idea when it comes to Airbnb. Airbnb has had such bad media coverage of parties and has cracked down on both Hosts and guests. Most Hosts would never consider allowing a party, as it jeopardizes their entire business. If they have mutliple listings ALL of their listings can be suspended if a party takes place. Most Hosts will not want to take the risk of damage to their property and/or getting their listings suspended. Guests can have their profiles flagged as a "party risk" as well by Airbnb:

I would consider having your party at a hotel, other event venue, public park, clubhouse of apt/condo complex, or at a friends home and not at an Airbnb.
