Super host support mistake?

I have 2 guests are  staying 12 nights.  They messaged me, after checking in,  saying their  3 children will be joining her the last 7 nights.  I contacted superhost support to find out how to change the price and they ended up doing it for me.  I have a $5 fee for extra guests after the first 2. I copied and paste superhost support reply here:

"I've tried to initiate for 5 guests, so you will be receiving an additional payout of $174.60, and this is the guest additional payment $218.12."  

I have never had a problem with superhost support and think they're wonderful but this is not correct.  By my math they should be paying an extra $105.  Am I wrong?  Should I contact them again?  I hate to be a bother but I bet the guests are upset, I have't heard from them yet.

@Tami1 Unsurprisingly support have just charged for 3 people for 12 nights at 5/night = 180. This is why I suggested you do it yourself with the guest and just charge for an extra 2 people.

Just message the guest, apologise for the mix up and then just send them some money back via the resolution centre.

Just message the guest, apologise for the mix up and then just send them some money back via the resolution centre.
