@Adrien116 I believe it was converted to message and calls only, instead of a live chat. But if you don't see the messaging option and you only see call option, reaching out to Airbnb support directly would be the best course of action. Hope this helps!
I am able to call and message, but it seems that Superhost Support is gone? I am sent to an operator in a noisy call center that has trouble even finding my account.
I am looking for this as well. Only telephone support is really not an option for me, as I constantly travel. I emailed airbnb two weeks ago and no reply. ... Some super support for super hosts...
