Support with Booking

I have a booking request for the client whose rating is 3.5. She has most recent 2 bad reviews, including damaged bedding and not following house rules. Sneaking in the pet dog. 

 

We have asked her strictly we don't allow pets( severely allergic) and our property is smoke free. Still she keeps sending booking  requests.

 

I don't want to damage my property but the client can even come back later by booking with someone else. Please advise what should I do in this case.

You need to call Airbnb ASAP.  There are some instances where you must decline.
