The flat I own is being let out by the tenant against the terms of tenancy

How can I get my flat taken off the site -the tenant has no legal right to rent out the flat in this manner, and guests are no covered by any indemnity insurance.

@Rowena67  You can click the "report this listing" button to flag it for investigation, but tenant/landlord conflicts are not a thing that Airbnb gets involved in, so you're unlikely to get results.  If your tenant is violating the terms of the lease, you have to deal with that directly with the tenant using whatever recourse your local regulations entitle you to. 

Have you already asked them to cease and desist?
