Therapy Dogs

Therapy Dogs

We have a no pets policy. Our visitor came with two 90 pound Doberman registered therapy dogs. He said Ab&b   rules are that he does not need to disclose these dogs. So now my no-pet place has 180 pounds of large dog staying in it! He says we are the first hosts he has interacted with and has never had to discuss before.

Is there a limit on sizes or number of pets? What can I do in the future to stop this?

Thanks

@Don4279   Therapy dogs do not have the same legal status as Service dogs and you do not have to accept them as the rules regarding Emotional Support Animals staying in Airbnb’s changed recently.  Your guest may not be aware of this.  The following links may be of assistance.

But it is the guest's responsibility to know Airbnb policy changes. I would report to Airbnb and then ask the ask the guest to remove the dogs.
