I’m so worried because since February 2023 everything was so wonderful but somehow since August, September, October, November and December 2023 has been even some weekends empty in the mean time paying, high speed internet, gas, electricity, water, cable!! Is everybody experiencing same as me?

Have you checked supply and demand in your location recently?

Many hosts are operating in areas suffering from oversaturated markets coupled with falling demand because of the recession.

It doesn't matter what is happening to hosts in other locations. What's important for you to understand is the experience of other hosts with similar listings in your location. Have you asked on your local host group.

You can help increase demand by listing on other platforms and taking direct bookings.
