Hi. There are 2 of us acting as co-hosts for various properties on an estate. We do not both have the same access to the listings. I was sent the invitation to co host on one property, and I then added the other co host. She cannot change the calendar, write reviews etc. She was sent the invitation to co host on another property and she has the main access.
The reason we are both co hosts is because of lack of internet access at some times. As happened for the last booking, I started the communications and accepted the booking and then was not able to connect to the internet as I was in Europe. The other co-host took over the communications and finished up the booking.
Now it is time to write the review, and luckily I now have internet access and anm able to do that.
Does anyone know a way around this, so that we can both have access to everything on the site and both be able to access the calendar, communications and write reviews? Thanks for any advice.
Hello @Kim4860
Before 2023, co hosts were given full access automatically but since then the owners can decide if they give their co-host full or restricted access. This Airbnb help link will explain this and how to go about changing the access for co-hosts:
