unfairly its being no response from this site " I am so surprised besides my hotel are full overpriced " overbooking " daily tourist bus stop more then 500 people and my location is central of downtown easy excess to 100+ adventure locations in 20-30 minutes heart of dubai, apartment downstairs subway entrance , same building down supermarket and what a surprise that still my palace is empty not a single booking i received and the best part is my price fairly " I put comparing to my yearly guests stay in my apartment. airbnb as to develope some SEO system to connect right people with exclusive information. 

my only regret is , I make efforts so much to write clearly what this palace you can expect in return of money values. thanks to all who understand my concern. no regrets of losing days but my place i still keep open for tourists or working executives for booking thanks to all. good luck
