Using Airbnb for quarantine

Our UK Airbnb has been closed for over a year, plus we were shielding a family member who is extremely critically vulnerable. I had a pending reservation yesterday for a week long stay. The guest asked if they had exclusive use of our swimming pool - as in today’s changed world he was conscious of social distancing. I wrote back to say it’s used by my teenagers in the afternoons. He then let me know that he had asked the question because he has to ‘totally quarantine’ is there a way that I can stop my home being used a as a quarantine hotel?
